So this is kind of a funny word, but has so much power! I found this practice through one of Joe Vitale’s blogs and posts.
He wrote a book called Zero Limits with Ihaleakala Hew Len. Len used Ho’oponopono to heal mentally ill patients in a criminal prison by reciting Ho’oponopo which is, “I’m sorry, please forgive me, I love you, thank you”.
I find this story fascinating and have even started using it myself. I have noticed a lot of blocks disappear and that I’m getting closer to the state of Zero, no state of identity which authors talk about in their book.
The concept is that in order to change our external world we have to change ourselves. Len was able to recite Ho’oponopono to himself when looking at the files of the criminals and clear his own anger towards them for their actions. Through doing this the criminals healed.
This is a an amazing understanding of how our minds work and how we can change the world around us by our own thoughts.
