I became super into nutrition and wellness since I became committed to taking control of my anxiety. I have has anxiety for a really long time and feeling like you are spinning out of control is not very fun!
The more I started looking for answers through blogs, programs, speakers, natural health, alternative healing etc. the more I started realizing that so many other people in the world are suffering with the same issue.
This made me realize that I wasn’t alone; however I wanted to help those feel that they could take control of their health and life to help them better cope with anxiety.
